So the new software should be complete and in Beta soon.  It has been a long and very laborious process with several contributers pitching in over the last several years.  Thank you to everyone who has participated.  We think that this new software will assist teams and leagues in managing their affairs, members, events and more like never before.

I will be setting up a new blog soon that will be devoted solely to the sargas project.  Stay tuned.

United wins the title

May 10, 2007

Manchester United has claimed the Premiership this season after holding off Chelsea.  They are looking to clear 90 points with their last game of the season vs. West Ham United.

What a season Ronaldo and Rooney had.  Personally, after watching antics of the Portuguese this summer in Germany Ronaldo was one of my least favorite players.  Anyone who has watched him this season has to admit that he is one of the top footballers in the world.  His pace, quickness and control are unmatched in my opinion.  Plus, he’s still only 22.  What a career this guy has.

The only real disappointment this season for United was their embarrassing showing versus AC Milan last week.  With no defense to speak up they were thrashed by Kaka and the rest of the Italian squad.

I enjoyed watching the Premier League this season.  It is still the best league in the world.

Now we need to focus on the MLS season.  Beckham is coming soon!

Kaka betters Ronaldo

May 4, 2007

What a showing AC Milan put on Wednesday!  3-0 win at home versus Manchester United.  United defense looked totally helpless against the attack from Milan.

AC Milan will now face Liverpool in the final.  I anticipate that the final will be great.  It will be a rematch of the spectacular game a few years back that saw Liverpool come back from a huge deficit.   We’ll need to get together somewhere to watch the game.  I can’t think of a better excuse to miss work 😉
